Trial Exhibits and Models for Auto and Truck Collisions
The firm utilizes in-house artists to create realistic models to help juries, defendants, and insurance companies understand the facts of an accident. For example, when the defendant claimed that he did not drive his cement mixer onto the curb, this model show that it was impossible for him to turn the corner without rising onto the curb. Significantly, the cross road was not a designated truck route, and the driver violated several laws in making this right turn.
Many drivers have experienced the feeling of helplessness when 18-wheelers are operated recklessly on the road. Here, our clients were stopped at a traffic light on the service road of Central Expressway in Dallas, Texas when a 18-wheeler exited onto the service road, failed to stop, and knocked our clients several hundred feet after a violent collision.
Chain-reaction accidents are often very complex with multiple parties potentially at fault. Noteboom—The Law Firm uses "claymation" technology to show the sequence of events to enable jurors to get the full picture of an event.

The firm used this model to demonstrate how the left rear corner of the lead car could be clipped by a following vehicle. Once demonstrated, the jurors saw how this unsafe attempt by the driver of the black car to swerve back onto the highway could impact the lead car and cause its driver to lose control.
