The Law Firm-through working its tail off and its relentless determination to obtain what is right for its clients-has achieved extraordinary results. The Law Firm can boast that it is the only firm in Fort Worth to obtain two nine-figure Tarrant County jury verdicts for an injury to a single individual.

The Law Firm received national attention in 1993 as the result of Chuck Noteboom's $102,000,000 jury verdict against State Farm Insurance Company for bad faith refusal to pay a $20,000 claim to one of its policyholders. This verdict remains one of the largest jury verdicts of its kind today.

In 1998, Chuck Noteboom recorded a $250,000,000 jury verdict against a nursing home for mistreatment of an elderly resident. It was argued favorably to a jury that not only should the facility compensate the family for treatment the resident received, but that the company should be required to pay punitive damages for its behavior. The nursing home is no longer in business.
