Our Fees
There is no charge for the initial case review and consultation. The Firm typically operates on a contingency fee (percentage of recovery) basis.
Under this arrangement, the client is not required to pay any fees or expenses unless the case is successful. If the client does not recover any
monies from the lawsuit, the client does not owe the firm for the expenses invested by the firm into or the work done on the case. Noteboom the
Law Firm accepts this risk and operates under this arrangement to help ensure that the legal system remains open to everyone.
We offer a
discounted fee to clients who initially contact us through our website, without an agreement with a forwarding lawyer.
