Salmonella from Tainted Peanut More Widespread than Reported

FORT WORTH, Texas (February 17, 2007) - Contrary to local news reports showing 13 cases of peanut-butter related Salmonella in Texas and 300 in 39 states, more than 100 people have contacted the Texas-based law firm of Noteboom in the past 24 hours to report illness from eating the tainted peanut butter.
