Banda was riding with three other motorcyclists on a county road near Albion - about 60 miles southeast of McAlester - at 11:30 a.m. Saturday when one of the motorcycles went out of control on a curve, troopers said.
As a second motorcyclist exited the roadway to assist the first, Banda's motorcycle also went out of control and ended up on its side, the OHP said.
She was lying on the roadway when she was struck by a motorcycle being driven by Roger D. Caldwell, 43, of Denton, Texas, troopers said. His motorcycle then hit a guardrail and slid 45 feet on its side, the OHP said.
Banda was pronounced dead at the scene, the OHP said.
Caldwell was taken to a Fort Smith, Ark., hospital with head and trunk injuries, troopers said.
The OHP report did not indicate if the other two motorcyclists, Cary L. Mellema, 50, of Newark, Texas, and Gregory B. Chennault, 51, of Krugerville, Texas, were injured.
All of the motorcyclists were wearing helmets, the OHP said.
