A Flower Mound patrol officer and two other people were injured Wednesday night in a multi-vehicle wreck at a Flower Mound intersection.
The three people were taken to local hospitals with non-life threatening injuries, Flower Mound police said. Authorities did not release the identity of the officer or the two other injured people.
The wreck occurred shortly before 9:30 p.m. Wednesday at Cross Timbers and Morriss roads in Flower Mound.
Preliminary investigation reports indicate that a Flower Mound patrol car collided with a 2008 Dodge Ram in the intersection, knocking the truck into a 1999 Honda Civic and a 1998 Chevrolet Suburban.
Flower Mound police said a cause for the wreck had not been determined and they did not release any other details.
The Texas Department of Public Safety was investigating.
