Charles M. Noteboom was recently appointed as the Tarrant County Lawyer for the Mexican Consulate. Ambassador Enrique Hubbard Urrea came to Fort Worth to make the presentation to Mr. Noteboom, who was accompanied by Karina Sandoval, a Peruvian educated lawyer at Noteboom, The Law Firm, and one of the firm's investigators, Robert Washington. Also attending the ceremony from the Consulate were were Hugo Juarez, Deputy General Consul; Eduardo Rea, Press Ataché; Luis Lara, Head of Legal Affairs; and Jose Ortiz, Head Official of the Fort Worth Consulate's Office.

The Dallas Mexican Counsul serves over one million Mexican nationals who live in North Texas. Mr. Noteboom has represented these citizens in personal injury claims during his 30 year career. His law firm is located on Airport Freeway in Hurst.
