Mike Freden graduated summa cum laude from Mississippi State University with a business degree in 1985 and graduated from Southern Methodist University School of Law in 1988. For the next six and a half years, he worked as an Assistant District Attorney for Dallas County. During this time, Mike gained valuable trial experience prosecuting murderers and drug dealers.

In 1995, he shifted from criminal to civil law. He worked for 4 years as an insurance defense lawyer but began representing plaintiffs in 1999. He has tried nearly 200 jury trials in his career and joined Noteboom-The Law Firm in 2003.

Mr. Freden has obtained millions of dollars in recoveries for his clients. For children who have been injured, he has obtained money to help them go to college. For his permanently injured clients, he has obtained recoveries large enough to provide life-long care for the client.

Mr. Freden is a member of the State Bar of Texas and is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He is also a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, Texas Trial Lawyers Association, the Tarrant County Trial Lawyers Association and the Dallas County Trial Lawyers Association. He is licensed in all Texas courts and in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas. He lives in Southlake with his wife and two daughters.
