Paul Khong and his family came to the U.S. in 1977.  Like many other "boat people", they fled Viet Nam to seek a better life and future.  After 7 nights and days at sea in a 45-foot boat with 69 other people, they arrived in Malaysia.  After 4 months in refugee camps, his family was sponsored by the Tolstoy Foundation and relocated to Albuquerque, New Mexico.  He resided in southern California for 14 years before moving to Texas.

Paul started with Noteboom The Law Firm in 1993 as an assistant Bookkeeper then as a Systems Administrator while going to UT Arlington, where he received his B.B.A. in Finance.  Paul is currently the Firm's systems manager.  He is married with 2 children and lives in Fort Worth.
