Attorney Tom Herald
Tom Herald earned his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas in Austin (summa cum laude) and his law degree from Texas Tech University School of Law in 1991. After representing defendants and insurance companies for many years, Mr. Herald now dedicates his practice to protecting injured individuals who have been harmed by the negligence or wrongdoing of others.
Mr. Herald is no stranger to the courtroom. He has tried over 150 jury cases to a trial verdict. As a veteran trial lawyer with experience on both sides of injury claims, he is able to utilize his experience in defending insurance companies to help successfully communicate the value of an injured individual’s case to an insurance company. Mr. Herald is recognized for his experience in handling complex insurance cases as well as a being a frequent lecturer on uninsured/underinsured motorist claims.
Mr. Herald is admitted to practice in all Texas state courts, as well as the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Texas. He has one son, Camden, and lives in Coppell, Texas.
