Teri Rash began working as a teenager in her family’s newspaper business in Burleson, Texas. She graduated from TCC in 2013 with an Associates of the Arts. She was widowed in 2013, and then earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from Tarleton State University in 2016. She joined the Noteboom firm that same year. She is a member of the Fort Worth Paralegal Association. She has two grown daughters and two granddaughters.
