Brent Huffman earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1999 from Rice University, where he attended on a full athletic scholarship for football and played safety. He then earned his Juris Doctor in 2003 from Rutgers, where he attended on an academic scholarship. He is Board Certified in Criminal Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
Mr. Huffman spent 4 years in private practice before taking a position as an Assistant District Attorney for Johnson and Somervell counties. He was a felony prosecutor for 13 years and successfully prosecuted hundreds of sex offenders in the North Texas area before joining the Noteboom Law Firm in 2021.
Mr. Huffman is admitted to practice in Texas, and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas. He is married, lives in Tarrant County, and has one child.
