About Brian

Brian Butcher, a native of Baytown, Texas, earned a Bachelor of Arts degree (Journalism, History) from Baylor University in 1993. He then worked as a curator for the San Jacinto Museum of History. Mr Butcher earned a Doctor of Jurisprudence in 1999 from the University of Houston. He is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.

Mr. Butcher’s legal career has been dedicated exclusively to the representation of injury victims. Prior to joining Noteboom The Law Firm, Mr. Butcher worked for litigation firms in Tarrant and Dallas counties serving as lead counsel in hundreds of lawsuits involving environmental exposure, toxic tort, workplace injuries, and wrongful death lawsuits arising in Texas, Florida, Arkansas, Nebraska.

Mr. Butcher is admitted to practice in Texas, and the United States District Court for the Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas. He is a member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, Dallas Trial Lawyers Association, Tarrant County Trial Lawyers Association, Northeast Tarrant County Lawyers Association, and the Tarrant County Bar Association.
